30-Day Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of deliveryfor eligible products that areunused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A valid proof of purchase is required. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.

 
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and condition.

 
Note: Oversized or specialized products such as infrared saunas, hydrogen water systems, and hyperbaric chambers may be considered final sale if opened, assembled, or altered. Clearance and special-order items are also non-returnable.

 
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
